Bio


Allee is an Associate who utilizes her experience to provide strategic and pragmatic solutions to meet clients’ needs. Allee graduated summa cum laude from Albany Law School and the College of Saint Rose where she studied Forensic Psychology. During law school, Allee served as a research assistant for multiple professors and discovered her passion for scientific and legal research and the integration of science and the law.
 
Following her graduation from law school, Allee served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mae D’Agostino in the Northern District of New York where she assisted the court in addressing complex legal issues in civil and criminal cases. Allee also worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Albany County where she prosecuted Domestic Violence cases in Albany City Court. After her time as prosecutor, Allee returned to clerking and served as the Principal Law Clerk for the Honorable Laura M. Jordan, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court. As Principal Law Clerk, Allee provided support in civil matters including divorces, foreclosures, land disputes, personal injury and medical malpractice, and Article 78 proceedings.
 
Allee is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of New York.
